Solnet Group is growing fast- and we’re on a mission to fight climate change through cutting-edge solar energy solutions. We’re now looking for an experienced and proactive International B2B Account Manager to join our team and help drive success with one of our biggest key accounts.
In this role, you’ll work as part of a dedicated team to manage and expand a high-impact, international client relationship. You’ll collaborate across functions - from engineering to project delivery - to ensure exceptional results. 📍 Location: Helsinki (Hybrid – 3 days/week on-site)
✈️ Willingness to travel in Europe is required

Your Role
✅ Co-own the account – Work as part of a dedicated team managing one major international client
✅ Build relationships – Engage with multiple points of contact and stakeholders within the client organization
✅ Collaborate deeply – Coordinate with engineering, project, procurement, and finance teams to deliver on client needs
✅ Support delivery – Step in during key project moments to help keep everything on track
✅ Track performance – Report regularly on account status, feedback, and opportunities
✅ Represent Solnet – Join industry events and meetings to strengthen our position and presence
✅ Drive account growth – Identify ways to expand the relationship and maximize long-term value
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant educational background e.g. Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
- Native-level English is required; proficiency in German, Italian, French, or Spanish is a strong advantage
- Min 4–6 years of experience in B2B account management or key account sales, ideally with large or international clients (experience in the solar or energy industry is a strong plus)
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding account sales targets
- A structured, organized, and solution-driven mindset
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Willingness to travel within Europe
- A true passion for sustainability and the drive to make a difference
