• Perform QA/QC checks, manage punch lists, and prepare handover documentation
• Liaise with EPC partners, clients, and local stakeholders; provide clear progress reports
• Conduct site visits during planning, construction, and commissioning phases
What we’re looking for
• 2–5 years of experience in site management or site supervision (solar PV or construction)
• Hands-on background with C&I rooftop works or similar on-site renewable projects
• Strong grasp of HSE and quality control practices; confident enforcing safe work methods
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multi-disciplinary crews
• Working knowledge of PV components (inverters, mounting systems, cabling) is a plus
• Proficient with site documentation and project tools (e.g., MS Office; MS Project a plus)
• Languages: Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken) - this is essential for the role
• Willingness to travel frequently between base location and Italy; valid EU/Schengen work travel status
